Steve is a lifelong Detroiter with a deep commitment to strengthening and restoring communities across Metro Detroit. With more than a decade of experience working with homeowners in difficult situations, he focuses on practical, outcome-driven solutions for property challenges that others overlook or avoid.
Steve’s background spans residential acquisitions, distressed property resolution, title research, and land services. He has helped numerous homeowners navigate foreclosure risk, tax issues, probate complications, and other complex obstacles by providing clear guidance and straightforward options tailored to their circumstances.
Rooted in his Detroit upbringing, Steve believes real estate is most valuable when it improves neighborhoods and creates long-term stability. He approaches every case with the same objective: identify the core problem quickly, present an honest path forward, and deliver results that move the homeowner toward a better position.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys woodworking, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, gaming, and spending time on his 10.5-acre property in Columbiaville.

Carl has been a licensed Realtor since 1997, bringing nearly three decades of hands-on experience to the real estate industry. His journey began at the age of 23, when he purchased and successfully sold his first investment property — a pivotal moment that sparked a lifelong passion for real estate investing. Since then, Carl has completed over 100 residential rehabilitation projects, honing a sharp eye for identifying undervalued properties and transforming them into profitable, income-generating assets.
His core expertise lies in the strategic acquisition of residential properties that offer strong investment potential, particularly those suited for rental income or resale. Carl’s deep understanding of the foreclosure process allows him to guide clients through complex situations with clarity and confidence, offering practical solutions tailored to each homeowner’s unique circumstances.
A lifelong Oakland County resident, Carl resides with his family in Bloomfield Hills where he enjoys music, cooking and Detroit’s rich classic car culture.
